☼Sunday Lunch☼

Hello! Sunday my family went over to my brother C's house and had hamburgers for the first time this year! Yummy! Katie made it like a little cafe outside with the music and the table beneath the tree. After lunch we sat and talked for a while, and after we were done talking we went and played Frisbee! How fun!! Then we we went out on the lake again. It was absolutely gorgeous outside when we went! And I think that I got a little bit of a tan along with the one that I already had playing softball, which goes only halfway up my arm because that is were my jersey stops. :) The boat, unfortunately, lost a part in the motor that it needed so we had to get off the lake. So we went home and had root beer floats! Also very yummy! 'Twas a wonderful day that the Lord gave us to enjoy. If you want to see more pictures of Sunday you can go to Ana or Katie's blog.

<---This is were Katie had the cups and beverages.

(Right)Flipping the hamburgers. yummy!

(Left)The grill and flipper. :) Like my name for it?

<---My dog under the table. Isn't she so cute! It was pretty hot outside and I guess it was cooler under there.

<---One of the flowers that was on the table. From Katie's flowerbed! This is one of the few pictures that I took on Sunday. It is one of my favorites. I like the way that it is focused in on the flower and the rest is sort of blurry.

<---The plates that we used. I love the blue vine and grapes! My favorite!

<---My foot under the table. :)

<--- The hamburgers all done!

<---Frisbee. :)

<---Katie and me holding on to the back of the boat.

<---H2o. Like my scientific name for it? :)

<---Root beer floats! YUMMY!

<---Lawn bowling. Didn't play it but it looked like fun.

<---Guess what that is? ha-ha. My sister Ana took this one.

-×- Friday Ride -×-

Friday evening my oldest brother C, my sister-in-law Katie, my sister Ana, and my little bro E went out to the lake and rode on my grandma's boat. It was so much fun! It was the first boat-ride of the year.

† I Surrender All †

I Surrender All

All to Jesus I surrender, all to him I freely give;
I will ever love and trust him, in his presence daily live.

Refrain
I surrender all, I surrender all,
all to thee, my blessed Savior, I surrender all.

All to Jesus I surrender, humbly at his feet I bow,
worldly pleasures all forsaken: take me Jesus, take me now.

Refrain
I surrender all, I surrender all,
all to thee, my blessed Savior, I surrender all.

All to Jesus I surrender, make me , Savior, wholly thine;
may thy Holy Spirit fill me, may I know thy power divine.

Refrain
I surrender all, I surrender all,
all to thee, my blessed Savior, I surrender all.

All to Jesus I surrender, Lord, I give myself to thee;
fill me with thy love and power, let thy blessings fall on me.

Refrain
I surrender all, I surrender all,
all to thee, my blessed Savior, I surrender all.

♥☼Tea Time☼♥

Hello! Today I made the first gallon of iced tea this year! Wahoo! It was super yummy! Plus it was absolutely wonderfully warm outside! What could be better! Isn't God good to us? To give us warm weather? I was thinking the other day how thankful I was that God is patient with us. Well, for example the weather. In the summer we wanted it to be cold because it was too hot. In the winter we wanted snow, and then when we got it we wanted it to be gone and wanted summer to come because it was too cold, and the cycle continues! Isn't it funny? But that is just one example of how God is patient with us. He is also very patient with us when we sin and "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." ( 1 John 1:9) Isn't God good?

♫As the Deer♫

As the Deer

As the deer panteth for the water,
So my soul longeth after You.
You alone are my hearts desire,
And I long to worship You.

Chorus
You alone are my strength, my shield;
To You alone may my spirit yield.
You alone are my hearts desire,
And I long to worship You.

I want you more than gold or silver,
Only You can satisfy.
You alone are the real joy giver
And the apple of my eye.

Chorus
You alone are my strength, my shield;
To You alone may my spirit yield.
You alone are my hearts desire,
And I long to worship You.

You're my friend and You're my brother,
Even though you are a King.
I love You more than any other
So much more than anything.

Chorus
You alone are my strength, my shield;
To You alone may my spirit yield.
You alone are my hearts desire,
and I long to worship You.

♪O God, Our Help in Ages Past♪

O God, Our Help in Ages Past

O God, our help in ages past,
Our hope for years to come,
our shelter from the stormy blast,
And our eternal home!

Under the shadow of thy throne
Still may we dwell secure;
Sufficient is thine army alone,
And our defense is sure.

Before the hills in order stood,
Or earth received her frame,
From everlasting thou art God,
To endless years the same.

A thousand ages, in thy sigh,
Are like an evening gone;
Short as the watch that ends the night,
before the rising sun.

Time, like an ever rolling stream
Bears all its sons away;
They fly forgotten, as a dream
Dies at the opening day.

O God, our help in ages past,
Our hope for years to come;
Be thou our guide while life shall last,
and our eternal home!

~*~Ah, Holy Jesus~*~

Ah, Holy Jesus

Ah, holy Jesus, how have you offended?
that mortal judgment has on you descended?
By foes derided, by your own rejected, O most afflicted!

Who was the guilty? Who brought this upon you?
It is my treason, Lord, that has undone you.
'Twas I, Lord Jesus, I ti was denied you; I crucified you.

For me, kind Jesus, was your incarnation,
your mortal sorrow, and your life's oblation,
your death of anguish and your bitter passion, for my salvation.

Therefore, dear Jesus, since I cannot pay you,
I do adore you, and will ever pray you,
think on your pity and your love unswerving, not my deserving.

.-'*Randomness...again*'-.

Well, Good Sunday evening! I've been up to quite a bit these last few days and weeks. Lets see... I've had softball practice everyday except Friday because I was sick with the flu. And then Saturday I had a piano contest. It was so much fun to ride in the van to the place were the contest was held because it was raining and I LOVE riding in the van when it's raining!It's oddly comforting...plus it calmed me down a bit because I was a little nervous about playing. But being nervous didn't help anything and I didn't get a placing but I had a ton of fun and it was wonderful to see other people play, but also to see how good God is to enable us to be able to have a talent of making music. Today I had church and tomorrow I have my first softball game of the season! Exciting! Lord willing the weather will be nice for it.

-''Hallelujah! What a Saviour''-

Hallelujah! What a Saviour

"Man of Sorrows," What a name for the Son of God, who came
ruined sinners to reclaim! Hallelujah! what a Saviour!

Bearing shame and scoffing rude, in my place condemned he stood;
sealed my pardon with his blood: Hallelujah! what a Saviour!

Guilty, vile, and helpless we; spotless Lamb of God was he;
full atonement, can it be? Hallelujah! what a Saviour!

Lifted up was he to die, "It is finished" was his cry;
now in heaven exalted high: Hallelujah! what a Saviour!

When he comes, our glorious King, all his ransomed home to bring,
then a new this song we'll sing: Hallelujah! what a Saviour!
