Being that I posted about some boisterous frogs yesterday I figured I would continue with a little creature that some how found it's way into our house. A little creepy I'd say.
But now that it is gone and free and somewhere outside our house I can now return to my geometry...

Hornets have been coming down our chimney and getting stuck in the natural gas fireplace. With the glass front it's like having an aquarium of hornets :D

That's actually kinda cute, how it's taking a bath. I usually hate bees though...well, honeybees and bumblebees are fine, but yellow jackets, hornets, and wasps, I HATE with all my heart. They always chase people around, and they're always looking for something to sting, it seems!:D
